Fitness is something which we include in must do things nowadays and is the burning topic of any discussion. It is the opposite of ignorance toward our own body which all of us tend to practice more often than said. Hitting the gym or going on a proper diet are the only saviours after that. There are many stories of people who dared to break the vicious circle of ignorance and came out victorious for their own good. These stories only inspire us more to go from fat to fit. You see the distance from ‘a’ to ‘i’ is not that long in the alphabetical series.

What was your Lifestyle prior to your transformation?

Initially, I was an alcohol addict as most of the BPO guys are. We use to work hard in night shift for a complete week and on the weekend we use to party hard. Amidst spending my money ruthlessly on parties and alcohol I never thought I would end up gaining so much weight and will eventually face health issues. My Weight rose to 93kgs.

What was your turning point? What lighted that fire to change?

There was a girl in my office and I liked her a lot. One of the most beautiful girls in my office.  We were very comfortable with each other. I use to do each and everything she asked me to just to see her smile. We got married and had really good time for the starting 2-3 months and then the shit happened. As they say “Knowing someone and living with someone are two different things.” So days went by and we were in the ugly phase of our relationship where I was completely broke financially because I had to set up a new house from scratch. I was already carrying the liability of my marriage that I had to cater to. Then my wife started taunting me with my financial status and my looks. So used to say she could have married anyone good looking and rich but she chose me. She did a favour marrying me. She was not happy with me and wanted to divorce which used to hurt a lot. I was into depression and  I couldn’t understand how will I survive like this where no one is respecting me. We mutually got separated. This completely changed my life and turned me towards fitness.

Were there any circumstances when you had to face failures?

Yes, of course. Who hasn’t tasted failure before a sweet success and I was no lucky too. One of my friends added me to the SQUATS page as I always wanted to look good and get fit. I started reading the motivational post in the group which motivated me to join the gym. I tried on my own for some days but things didn’t work as they were supposed to.

What was your motivation when you had faced a failure?

Vishnu guided me explained to me what is the role of Quantified Nutrition when it comes to fitness. I started loving the process, the gym, the workout as I was doing something new which I have never done before. The money I used to spend on friends and parties I started investing it on myself. I was in love with the results I was getting.  

Transformation Timeline

  • One of my friends added me to the SQUATS page as I always wanted to look good and get fit.
  • I started reading the motivational post in the group which motivated me to join the gym.

  • The money I use to spend on friends and parties I started investing the same money on myself and I were in love with the results I was getting.  
  • I was 93 kg when I Started today I am 60kg with those abs which I use to just dream about

Training Approach

How did you undergo the training or the workout? Whom did you follow? What was your routine?

I enrolled myself under Vishnu after seeing one of the transformation by him. He guided me, explained to me what is the role of Quantified Nutrition when it comes to fitness. I started loving the process as I was doing something new which I have never ever done before

Advice for others

What should someone do and not do to achieve their goals?

Just believe in yourself and never stop in between because it is never too far. And if a depressed alcohol addict like me can transform as such, mind it there ain’t no one who cannot.
